Free online yoga. My self-isolation comes to an end at the weekend. Partly as celebration, and partly because, in these dark days as circumstances change for everyone, paying for yoga lessons seems to be the last thing to worry about, I’m offering free online classes over the Lockdown period. Donations are appreciated but are not essential. If you have not been to my classes before, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire for insurance purposes and on receipt I’ll forward the links to the classes. Why not take the opportunity to experience yoga with a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher?

So lovely to get such feedback for the yoga sessions from one of my ‘regulars’. Classes continue online – Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri next week. Now more than ever, it’s important to make space to look after yourself.
