Yoga for Autumn

Why not try yoga in the comfort of your own home as classes continue online. New term starts Monday 5th October. Sessions run three evenings a week. Beginners welcome. Each session moves through gentle stretches to a main posture (asana), a focus on breath control (pranayama) and a final guided relaxation.
