Relax and Restore Session

The next Relax and Restore online yoga session is Tuesday 6th April at 7-8pm. Gentle limbering stretches, a focus on breath (pranayama) and a deep relaxation with a long yoga nidra. Suitable for all – you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. This class is done entirely seated/lying down for maximum relaxation – you could even do it in pyjamas
