New class

Have you heard about the benefits of yoga, but are not sure if it’s for you? Are you worried about using zoom to access a lesson? I’m going to run a couple of free taster lessons prior to launching a regular class. If you are interested in having a go, all you need to do is contact me and fill out a health questionnaire.

Thanks to all those who attended the online yoga sessions in the last block. We have a short break, but are back on 10th with a focus on easing tight hips and shoulders. I look forward to seeing you on your mats 🧘‍♀️

Find your calm place with these monthly sessions. Restorative Yoga involves simple, held, postures that let the body and mind relax. Yoga Nidra is done in Savasana (lying down) throughout. Contact for more details.
