Unwind & Exhale: A Gentle Morning of Yoga & Deep Rest

Step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself the gift of slowing down.
This 3-hour Sunday morning session is designed to ease tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.

We’ll begin with gentle, limbering movements to awaken the body, followed by soft, flowing yoga sequences and mindful breathing (pranayama) to help you connect deeply with your breath. The morning will close with a deeply nourishing guided relaxation, allowing your whole system to reset.

This session is for every body – no need to sit cross-legged or fold yourself into tricky shapes. Chairs will be available for those who prefer them, and beginners are very welcome alongside those with more yoga experience. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable (yes, Lycra is optional!).

The session runs from 10am to 1pm and costs £30

Spaces are limited to keep the session calm and personal. Treat yourself to a peaceful Sunday morning – you deserve it.
