Online course for absolute beginners

A short 5 week course of classes online for absolute beginners starts 29th October. Class runs weekly 7-8pm and includes asana (postures), pranayama (meditation on breath) and a guided relaxation. It is helpful if you have a blanket and block, or rolled towel to hand. Remember, you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. Bookings being taken now.

Have you considered private online yoga lessons? One-to-one sessions can be tailored to you. For example, you may want to focus on easing tight hamstrings or work on the lower bank. You might want to concentrate on relaxation, or you may just wish to avoid a crowded class and have some individual attention at a time that suits you.
